Refunds and return policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.
the process for returning and refunding products is as follows:
-the team must be contacted via email Roxana.castro.store@gmail.com.
-the team will assess whether the garment/s is eligible for a return/refund.
-if accepted for a return/refund, you will be sent a shipping label or reimbursed postage fees
-once the garment/s have been received, another assessment will be conducted on the condition of the garment.
-if approved that the garment is in appropriate condition, you will be refunded and provided evidence of the refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you have received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted after contacting the team, we’ll send you a return shipping label and or reimbursement for postage fees (ensure you have a receipt please), as well as a tracking number for the package. Items sent back to us without first consulting the team via roxana.castro.store@gmail.com about the return, will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. The item will need to be returned and exchanged, all postage fees will be reimbursed. If you wish to return and receive a refund, this will not be an issue and will be honoured.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds and returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
