Order Processing Times

Our orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  
Pre-orders are processed in 3-4 weeks, unless otherwise stated at checkout.  

You will receive a shipping notification with tracking once your order is dispatched. During peak periods (e.g. Christmas), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Information

Your order is shipped with care from our studio in Sydney, Australia.  

Shipping costs vary by destination and shipping method. The exact cost will be calculated and shown at checkout once your shipping address is entered.

Currency: You can view prices in your preferred currency using the currency selector at the bottom of the website. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Australia: 2–6 business days  
International: 5–10 business days

Please note that for international orders, your destination country may charge additional duties, taxes, or import fees. These are your responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
